This Kitsilano craftsman project included a lift and restoration of the primary residence as well as the addition of an infill house. By using all the available square footage for the lot we found a balance that worked for the client to create a larger than typical infill house which is also stratafiable and able to be sold independent of the primary residence. This home is finished in a traditional Kitsilano style with the infill house built to match.
